With a career beginning in 2010, Jessica has spent more than fifteen years refining her craft, specializing in luxury hair extensions and advanced solutions for women experiencing thinning hair and hair loss. Her certifications in mesh and meshless hair integration have expanded her ability to offer personalized solutions for women who may have struggled to find answers through traditional extensions.
As the founder of VOUS Salon Retreat, Jessica brought a longtime vision to life: a space where exceptional beauty services and restorative wellness could exist together, grounded in kindness, thoughtful service, and genuine respect for every individual.
Today, she is equally passionate about developing her team, continuing her education, and helping women discover what's possible for their hair.
Beyond the salon, Jessica's greatest joy is her family. As a mother of three, she values the moments spent making memories with the people she loves most.

From soft, sun-kissed dimension to bold blonde transformations, she approaches every appointment with a commitment to beautiful, wearable results.
Outside the salon, Ellis enjoys traveling, discovering new places, spending time with friends, and making memories with her dogs and cats.

She also enjoys precision cuts, edgy styles, and helping guests discover looks that reflect their personalities. Known for her warm, approachable nature, Megan values building meaningful relationships and making every guest feel comfortable in her chair.
Outside the salon, Megan loves spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew, and enjoying life with her beloved dogs.

A Huntsville native and Paul Mitchell graduate, Amber brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to every guest she serves. With six years of hairstyling experience, she has developed a passion for celebrating natural texture and helping women feel confident in their hair.
Specializing in curly hair, customized color, and curly hair extensions, Amber understands that no two heads of hair are alike. From enhancing natural curl patterns to adding length and fullness while maintaining a seamless blend, she creates personalized results that honor each guest's unique texture. She is also expanding her expertise in hair loss solutions, including toppers and alternative hair options.
Outside the salon, Amber enjoys spending time outdoors, making memories with family and friends, and caring for her three beloved pets.

Originally trained in North Carolina, Aljan moved to Huntsville with her children in 2015 and has since made the community her home.

At VOUS, she combines her passion for hospitality with her creativity, welcoming guests while managing our social media presence and coordinating digital marketing content. From capturing the moments that make VOUS special to sharing our team's artistry and stories online, Lexi helps bring the VOUS experience to life both inside and beyond the salon.
Outside of work, Lexi enjoys exploring antique shops, collecting vintage finds, traveling, hiking, creating art, and spending time with her family.
