A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
First, I'm genuinely glad you're considering becoming part of VOUS.
When I made the decision to step away from working independently behind the chair and build VOUS Salon Retreat, I knew I wanted to create more than a beautiful salon. I wanted to build a place where talented people could do meaningful work, feel proud of what they accomplish, and have the support to pursue their own ambitions.
Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to learn from people who challenged me, encouraged me, and helped me grow. Those experiences shaped the way I lead today. I believe that when we share what we've learned, invest in one another, and celebrate each other's successes, everyone benefits.
One thing I understand is that success looks different for everyone. Your goals, strengths, and aspirations may be entirely different from mine or the person working beside you. That's something I value. I want VOUS to be a place where your individuality is appreciated and your ambitions are taken seriously.
I'm also intentional about the culture we create together. Kindness, integrity, accountability, and open communication matter to me. I don't expect perfection, but I do believe in taking ownership, continuing to learn, and treating one another with respect.
