First and foremost, I want to express how honored and excited I am that you’re considering joining our team at VOUS Salon Retreat. When I decided to take the leap from working independently behind the chair to building VOUS from the ground up, I had to reflect on why I wanted to lead and what kind of team I envisioned.
My passion for creating an exceptional environment for both clients and team members drives me. I've learned the best techniques, processes, and business skills that have allowed me to achieve my goals. Inspired by mentors and coaches who helped me along the way, I’m committed to paying it forward. When you succeed, we all succeed.
